Meeting Fee
Registration includes full board, coffee breaks and meeting fee. Your registration is valid only after your payment has been received.

Excursion Fee
The excursion fee is CHF 40. It will cover the bus transportation to the chosen event, either the Château de Chillon and the guided visit of the castle, or the Vinorama and the wine tasting.
The number of participants to each excursion is limited to 40.
Payment Options
Payments can be made either by credit card or bank transfer.
Payment with a credit card must be done online during your registration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received up to 2 weeks prior to the meeting start will incur a 20 CHF cancellation fee.
- For cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the meeting start the accommodation costs will not be refunded.
- Substitutions will not incur additional costs.
